I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was disappointing. We were given an estimate for a repair, and when we called back to schedule the work, we were simply told they were passing on the job. When I called again to politely ask why, I wasn’t given an explanation and was hung up on. I completely understand that a company has the right to decline a job. However, treating a potential customer this way is unprofessional and unnecessary. A simple explanation—or even just a courteous conversation—would have been appreciated.

Very friendly people! Went to get my car done (whole back door was busted). We dropped it off on Monday (4/22/24) and got it done by Friday (4/26/24) There quote they gave me was the same price they charged me which is very much appreciated!

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. The service is absolutely the worst response if gotten from and kind of business PERIOD! The staff is rude and and very pretentious. I will never contact this place again. I've spent over 25 years in the car business and I don't think I've come across another body shop that's been this disrespectful. I had legitimate questions about some paint touch ups and Chuck, the painter was a huge turn off.

Extremely rude- after waiting a week for the owner to get well for my scheduled appointment. My husband, who works 3rd shift and told the owner this, showed up no more than 5 minutes late to an appointment and was turned away because the car was not washed. I don’t see how anyone could possibly trust someone to work on their car after being treated so rudely. No, I would never recommend this place. There are plenty of other places in this town that can care for your car the way it deserves to be treated. This incident speaks volumes. Clearly the owner lacks good customer service skills. This place does not even deserve the one star.

I have 2 vehicles and have had one or the other in for bodywork 5 times in the last 3 years. These guys are excellent ! They have very fair pricing, are very professional and my cars look great ! I will be using them for all my body needs. I hope there aren’t many to be honest but these guys are awesome! Way to go Tredups !!
